This adds to our popular series of courses for Microsoft-based Identity & Access technologies, which already includes courses for Microsoft Identity Lifecycle Manager 2007 (formerly MIIS 2003) and Active Directory Lightweight Directory Services (formerly ADAM).

The business drivers for federation are first explored before installing and configuring Microsoft Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) as a solution. Students will learn how to choose the right ADFS deployment option for specific business needs and then go on to configure the trust policy appropriately, along with the organization claims, account stores, applications and partner organizations.
